Sarah is a First Nations Developmental Service Worker, foster parent, trauma-informed educator, and consultant with experience supporting schools, caregivers, and organizations in creating emotionally safe and relationship-based environments.

Her work combines professional training, lived experience, and practical implementation strategies to help teams move beyond reactive approaches toward connection, regulation, understanding, and long-term support.

Through education, consultation, and systems-level awareness, Sarah supports professionals and caregivers in building environments that are sustainable, compassionate, and grounded in real-world application.

Sarah works with schools, caregivers, leadership teams, and community organizations across Ontario to strengthen trauma-informed practice, emotional regulation, relationship-based approaches, and emotionally safe environments.
